Service positioning
VPNWing addresses the stability of cross-border connections: through international routes across 120+ countries and 160+ routes, requests to international websites, cloud collaboration tools and streaming services travel over more stable paths. Routes come in three types — IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct — and you switch between them by use case.
Clients cover Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices, so one account can run on several devices at once. Sign-up needs only a username and password, with no email address.
Operating principles
Route selection matches the use case rather than chasing a single best option: IEPL dedicated lines run on separate channels and suit video calls and real-time collaboration; relay routes forward through backbone nodes and suit everyday browsing and streaming; direct routes use a local exit and suit nearby access. Every route is listed by region on the servers page, so each one can be checked individually.
Troubleshooting follows a fixed order: first work through the steps on the troubleshooting page — switching routes, disconnecting and reconnecting, checking subscription updates and DNS settings; if the problem persists, open a ticket in the user panel with your client platform, route name and error message so it can be traced.
